01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the six6e platform — including the website, any mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the six6e platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individual who accesses or uses the services provided by six6e. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on six6e, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. six6e strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located within Bangladesh at the time of registration and when placing bets or accessing casino games.
• You must not be registered or listed on any self-exclusion programme operated by six6e or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person for the purpose of placing bets or accessing the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a six6e employee or contractor in a role related to platform operations, odds compilation, or game management.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the six6e platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. six6e may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided.

3.2 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. six6e will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including live chat or email. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.3 Account Security Breach

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify six6e immediately via the live support channel. six6e will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but cannot accept liability for losses that occurred prior to notification where the breach resulted from the disclosure or loss of your credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the six6e platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). six6e does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.1 Approved Deposit Methods

The following payment methods are approved for deposits on the six6e platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. six6e may add or remove approved payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to existing users where possible. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though six6e reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and mobile wallet number used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. Withdrawals cannot be redirected to a third-party account or a different mobile number than the one registered on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts, though delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

six6e may require you to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card), a selfie, and proof of the payment method registered to your account. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being held pending or cancelled.

4.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. six6e reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 from the balance of an inactive account. You will be notified via your registered contact method before any such deduction is applied, and the account will be reactivated upon login.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

six6e offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered at least 20 times before any withdrawal of the bonus or winnings derived from the bonus is permitted. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary; sports betting typically contributes 100% toward wagering requirements, while certain casino games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for a given promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit a promotion without genuine gaming intent, coordinating with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements, and any other conduct that six6e reasonably determines to be exploitative of a promotional offer. six6e reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any winnings derived from a bonus, and close any account where bonus abuse is identified.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. six6e will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of expiry where possible, but is not obligated to do so where the expiry date was clearly stated in the original promotion terms.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the six6e sportsbook are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the six6e sportsbook interface.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when six6e confirms the bet and assigns it a unique bet reference number. six6e reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes the right to apply individual account stake limits where betting patterns suggest irregular activity.

6.2 Errors in Odds

In the event that a bet is accepted at an odds price that was the result of a manifest error — including but not limited to a typographical error, system glitch, or incorrect data feed — six6e reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled in the player's favour.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time, including during critical moments in a match such as wickets, goals, reviews, or other significant game events. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be accepted or rejected at six6e's discretion based on the state of the market at the time the bet was received.

6.4 Void Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and is not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For accumulator bets, the voided selection will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.

07 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, and crash games available on the six6e platform are operated by third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to the rules of the applicable game provider in addition to the general platform rules set out here.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All virtual casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and unpredictable. The RNG systems used by six6e's game providers are independently tested and certified for fairness. six6e does not modify or influence the outcomes of any game provided by its third-party partners.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts a game round, the game round may be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your account balance. Where a game round has been fully completed before the malfunction occurred, the result of that round shall stand. six6e is not liable for losses arising from technical failures that are outside its reasonable control.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

six6e reserves the right to apply a maximum single-transaction withdrawal cap on casino winnings. Where a maximum winnings cap applies to a specific game or promotion, this will be stated in the relevant game or promotion terms. Winnings that exceed the applicable cap may, at six6e's discretion, be limited to the cap amount.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6e platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in pricing, or system vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differences.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology intended to mask your true location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the six6e platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six6e staff or other users via any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

six6e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.
• A request by the account holder to close their own account.
• Activation of a self-exclusion period requested by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request or due to a regulatory requirement), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

six6e is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to all registered account holders via the Account Settings area following login.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the loss limit is reached, your account will be restricted from placing further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you when your active gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the six6e platform. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

11 Privacy & Data

six6e collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

six6e will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to operate the platform (for example, to payment processors), as required by law, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the six6e platform — including but not limited to the six6e brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and any other material — is the property of six6e or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the six6e platform for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the six6e platform without prior written permission from six6e.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6e's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

six6e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether six6e has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

six6e does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect platform availability.

14 Amendments to Terms

six6e reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date published on this page. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, six6e will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered contact method or via a notice displayed on the platform.

Your continued use of the six6e platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 9.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which six6e is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you must first contact the six6e support team and allow a reasonable period of no less than 14 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and addressed. six6e aims to resolve all account disputes promptly and fairly.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
